Bonus Scene: Why We Ride Motorcycles | On Any Sunday, The Next Chapter

my kink is when people admit i was right

Scott Caan: I guess, every time I’m riding a motorcycle and I’m splitting lanes, or I’m doing something, I know it’s not the smartest thing to do, but there’s a certain – I mean, you sound goofy saying it, but there is a freedom riding motorcycles. There is a freedom with having all this power, either on your hand, or on your foot. It’s something that you don’t answer to anybody, or have anything to do with anybody else. I guess we’re talking about the outsiders, or talking about that whole thing. There is a rebel thing to it, too. It’s like we’re different than YOU.

Red Bull: Some ride for the freedom, for some it's recreation, and for many it's about the pure joy of hauling ass on two wheels... but what motorcycle riding means to each rider is different. Scott Caan, Brian O’Connor, Mickey Rourke and Roland Sands dive into what motorcycles mean to them. Bikes are more than just a pastime. They’re more than just a means of transportation. They’re a lifestyle, a mentality, and a way of life.

Four decades after the original "On Any Sunday" scored its Academy Award-nomination for Best Documentary Film, “” shows that the passion for riding motorcycles is as strong as ever. Dana Brown directs this modern take on the original, capturing what it means to ride in the United States and abroad. “On Any Sunday, The Next Chapter” is an exploration into the pursuit of excitement, passion and life in the world of motorcycle riding.
