читать дальшеWe don’t always get a full hour to train. We had less then 30 minutes to get it done today. Exercise selection is very important when your pressed for time. This exercise is a great choice because it’s a triple threat. We’re getting a great upper body workout, we’re hitting the core, and we’re doing these for 30 seconds so Scott’s heart rate is through the roof. This is a great quick circuit to try if your pressed for time 💪🏽
We did 5 rounds of this circuit:
1) Kettlebell Goblet Squat x8
2) Push Up Plus Knee Tuck x30 sec
3) Farmers Carry x 40 yards
